Eating and Drinking:

We know you want to relax on holiday, so our no pressure Champagne breakfast is served from 08.00 until 11.00 each day. (An early breakfast from 07.30 upon request).

An elegant dinner is served each night in the AGORA restaurant with our chef’s menu utilising unique local and Greek seasonal produce.

Cocktails are served to guests each evening on Aethera terrace bar with light food options.

House-keeping:

Daily maid service. Laundry service upon request. Guest have a choice of feather or hypo- allergenic pillows. Mattress toppers and cotton percale bedding. An evening turndown service is provided.

Porter service

Porter service is offered for luggage from boats (with guest transportation if required) and a member of our team meet you to escort you to the hotel. The hotel reception is 40 steps up from the harbourside. Luggage will be delivered to, and collected from your room and to/from the harbour side.

Massage treatments:

For those who need a helping hand to unwind, massage services and treatments can be arranged on site or in one of our suites.

Weddings and events:

Excursions & Concierge

To enhance your stay in Symi, we would be delighted to arrange a private driver, boat charter, day trip around Symi or visits to Panormitis or Roukaniotis monasteries . We can recommend and make reservations at all local restaurants . Please don't hesitate to discuss your needs with us.

Reception:

Our reception is open 24 hours a day. Check in is from 14.00 to 22.00 and check out by 11.00 please. Luggage storage is available. The reception door is locked at night from 22.00 to 08.00 but all guests have a reception key on their fob for access and a member of staff is always available (overnight staying adjacent to the reception) incase of emergency.
